Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager Specialist to oversee community properties. This intern role will involve budgeting, report preparation, tenant relations, and staff management within a Corporate Office setting. It offers a chance to contribute to the growth and value of properties and staff, working under a senior portfolio manager.
Requirements
- Formulate and manage the operational and capital budget.
- Assist with review and approval processes for invoices.
- Track and reconcile property receivables and communicate with accounting.
- Oversee property operations and address maintenance emergencies.
