Job Description
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property, including leasing, collections, marketing, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax credit or HUD properties and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 to 3 years Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and insurance required
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding and deal with problems involving several concrete variables
- Ability to operate basic office equipment, such as telephones, computers, and photocopiers
