Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategic SEO
- Proven success in competitive markets (e.g. +1M organic sessions, market leader rankings, strong revenue impact)
- Technical SEO & website architecture
- Content systems & search intentions
- Authority building & digital PR
- Experience in leading SEO projects, people, and partners
- Experience with internationalization / multi-language setups
- Strong business mindset, as SEO is not just a self-purpose
- Excellent German and English skills
