Security Functional Lead

Carvana is looking for a Security Functional Lead to oversee day-to-day activities of the Safe and Secure Team, develop and maintain effective security and safety policies, and act as a representative of Carvana to internal and external partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in physical security operations and/or loss prevention
• 1+ years experience directly supervising/managing a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to coach team members to deliver a consistent, top-notch customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to help create, develop and implement process improvement(s)
• Crisis Management Leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV required
