Analyst, Regulatory Operations Support

Carvana is seeking an analytical individual to assist in creating and maintaining compliant processes for teams across the organization. This individual will have outstanding investigative process and problem-solving skills, a passion for process improvement, and a thorough knowledge of industry standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with quality control, regulatory or compliance operations
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the department are meeting legal standards
• The ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize/re-prioritize multiple projects and/or deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly shifting work environment on short notice
• Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves
• Appetite for self-initiation to pre-emptively research issues on the company’s horizon
• Strong background in problem-solving and continuous improvement processes
• Knowledge, understanding, and application of principles, concepts and practices of government regulations and standards is preferred
• Lover of dashboards, data, and metrics and comfortable using Google Suite, Jira and Wrike
