Job Description
A Carter Lumber Installed Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing trim installation services, repairs, and remodeling work. This role requires knowledge of trim, building materials, local codes, and strong customer service. The role involves managing installation schedules, team leadership, and problem-solving to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials or installation experience
- Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems
- Must have a strong commitment to customer service
