Job Description
Carta is seeking an Art Director to join their Brand Team, focused on elevating creative output through visually arresting, culture-cutting work. This role involves leading the design of key assets, championing experimentation, and driving the conceptual thinking of the visual identity in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about creative storytelling and building a strong brand.
Requirements
- 7-plus years experience at a creative agency or creative studio client-side
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC
- Experience creating production-ready assets (print and screen)
- Motion experience & After Effects knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of AI and enthusiastic about its potential
- Opinion on the use of AI in creative work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking
