Executive, Branch Support Admin

We are looking for a qualified Branch Admin Support to join our team and help us achieve our goals. The role involves assisting customers with queries, providing support for branch operation team, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline or SPM/O-Level with relevant experience
• 1-2 years working experience in Administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry
• Good connections with financial institutions
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic computer skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with finance processes and documentation preferred
