Testing Technician

Carrier Processing Equipment Group (CPEG) is seeking a Testing Technician to join their team in Tonawanda, NY. This full-time, non-exempt position focuses on ensuring the compliance and functionality of custom OEM equipment through testing, diagnosis, repair, and documentation. The role requires a background in hydraulics, electrical knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret schematics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational/Technical training preferred)
• Minimum 3 years verifiable experience in hydraulics or a related field
• Electrical knowledge or background preferred
• Ability to understand schematics and read specifications
• Knowledge of various hand tools, power tools and measuring devices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer literacy
