Job Description
The law firm is seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our dedicated team in New York City. This position is onsite, five days a week, and is ideal for a motivated attorney with a strong background in workers’ compensation law and experience handling virtual hearings.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New York State
- Demonstrated experience working as a workers’ compensation attorney in a law firm
- Minimum of 3 years of current experience working as a workers’ compensation attorney in a law firm
- Proficiency and comfort with virtual hearings and remote communication tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday
