Seeking Lateral Partner in International Law Division with a strong book of business and experience in banking and finance law. Must be licensed in the state they apply to work in.

• Must currently work at a law firm
• Must be licensed in the state they apply to work in
• Must be able to contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm
• Confident banking and finance lawyer with experience managing deals and client relationships
• Optimistic self-starter with a positive outlook
• Ability to work well with others

Benefits

• Starting salary of $225K
