Memory Care Aide 7am-3pm $19-$21 (Part Time)

We are looking for a Memory Care Aide to join our team at Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating human connection with residents, discovering their interests and abilities, and implementing strategies to ensure success.

Requirements

• Be an advocate of empathy and create human connection with residents
• Be a patient observer and discover residents' interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are
• Be a master of the mise en scène and set the stage for a successful day
• Be a life partner and partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life
• Document resident care and changes in condition
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods
