Arrow Senior Living is looking for a Medication Partner to work at Carriage Court of Hilliard in Hilliard, Ohio. The position requires creating human connection with residents, ensuring proper medication administration, and assisting with daily living activities. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be appropriately certified per state guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Professional in appearance and conduct
• Mature interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
• Criminally cleared
• Good health and physical and mental ability to perform assigned tasks
