We are looking for a Manager Customer-Onboarding to strengthen our Alpha Online team in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in workflow and process management, and analytical thinking and organizational knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in direct customer contact
- Ideally in workflow and process management
- At least three years of professional experience in the relevant fields
- Analytical thinking and organizational knowledge
- IT affinity, knowledge of web applications and common user software (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Slack)
- Good English skills
