Job Description
The Shipboard Workforce Planner is responsible for aligning business plans with workforce needs onboard a cruise ship. This role involves developing and analyzing forecasting, optimizing staffing, recommending crew movement, and maintaining crew personnel systems. The planner will also prepare reports and analysis, and identify potential staffing deviations.
Requirements
