Senior Manager, eCommerce Product - Search

Princess Cruises is seeking a Senior Manager for eCommerce Product – Search to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of their search and discovery experience. This role focuses on top-of-funnel functionality, driving conversion, and enhancing the customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in product management, user experience, and search technologies, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a personalized search experience.

Requirements

• Define and execute product vision for search and discovery experiences (CRL and IDP).
• Leverage data and customer insights to prioritize features.
• Lead search strategy initiatives and optimize intelligence through Coveo and similar platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement SEO and machine learning models.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and continuous improvement of the search stack.
