Job Description
We are looking for an amazing Manager, Development Operations to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. As the Manager of Development Operations for Ecommerce Engineering, you will lead DevOps strategy, cloud infrastructure, and site reliability initiatives to ensure scalable, high-performance platforms. You will mentor engineers, drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation, and enforce security standards across environments.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers.
- Define and execute the DevOps strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
- Manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines for multiple applications.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
- Partner with product, engineering, and IT teams to align DevOps initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and industry trends.
