Director, eCommerce Product Management - Cruise Ticket

Princess is seeking a Director of eCommerce Product for Cruise Ticketing to lead the development and optimization of the digital cruise ticketing experience. This role focuses on driving innovation, seamless customer journeys, and aligning with brand standards and business goals. The position involves market analysis, roadmap planning, and collaboration with technology and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Computer Science, Economics, or a related Engineering field preferred
• 8+ years related experience (product management/marketing)
• 5+ years of management
• Experience in travel, hospitality, entertainment, or packaged goods preferred
• 10+ years of Product Management experience delivering consumer and eCommerce products
• Experience on at least one customer-facing e-commerce platform
• Strong understanding of accounting rules for expense and capital activities
