The Campus Coach is a passionate educator who partners with Texas elementary and/or secondary campuses to ensure high-quality implementation of Bluebonnet Math and ELA resources through Carnegie Learning’s LIFT partnership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (specific to your content vertical); Master’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of classroom teaching experience. Campus Instructional Coach or Campus Administrator Experience Preferred.
- Experience with Texas Bluebonnet resources: (Bluebonnet RLA, Bluebonnet MATH K-5, and 6-8)
- Experience facilitating professional learning workshops
- Cognitive Coaching (or equivalent) certification (preferred)
- Exceptional time management skills, including calendar management, goal setting, and efficiency in task prioritization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Solution-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement of efficiency, communication, and customer experience.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
