IT/OT Cyber Security Manager

Carmeuse is seeking a pragmatic IT/OT Cyber Security Manager to lead the deployment of cybersecurity tools, improve network segmentation, enhance threat detection, and close security gaps globally. The role focuses on integrating IT and OT convergence for practical solutions and collaboration with IT and OT teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial systems and a strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in industrial automation, cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of combined IT or OT experience, including 2+ in OT/industrial cybersecurity.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, risk assessments, access control, and incident response.
• Deep understanding of the threat landscape for industrial environments.
• Strong cyber/information security skills and ability to explain risks in a business-relevant way.
• Proven ability to balance security with operational reality.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 20%.
