Sales Consultant - Full Time

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at CarMax. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills, a strong customer focus, and a high level of self-motivation. Auto sales experience is not necessary, as we provide paid training and a personal sales mentor. As a Sales Consultant, you will work as part of a team to meet goals and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
