As a Sales Consultant at CarMax, you will help customers find the right car by building relationships and understanding their needs. We provide paid training and a personal sales mentor to support your growth and success. Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience (in retail is preferred)
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
• High level of self-motivation
