Internship Trainee, Carlsberg Excellence

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization focusing on operational excellence, manufacturing, or operational functions. Analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and optimize performance. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or any other similar qualification
• Minimum CGPA 3.2 or Second Class Upper or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
• Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented
• High work capacity, self-driven and a team-player
• Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient
• Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient, with eagerness to learn
• Passion in the beer industry
