Job Description
Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company is recruiting a Customer Development Manager for their Guildford & Surrey region. The role focuses on developing and implementing strategic plans to grow the business, including increasing volume, volume and gross profit, and expanding distribution across existing and new customers. The successful candidate will build relationships with customers, wholesalers, and stakeholders and manage debt and cash flow.
Requirements
- Develop and execute customer plans to optimise volume, profitability and GP.
- Build and develop relationships with customers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
- Achieve sales and profit targets within a defined budget.
- Manage debt and cash flow effectively.
- Conduct account reviews and utilise value management tools.
- Drive customer share and distribution.
