The Production Associate will support Carlex production and manufacturing processes to enhance operations by improving yields, reducing waste, lowering cycle times, and reducing overall operational costs.
Requirements
- 1 or more years in a production environment preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts or alternate work schedules
- Available to work days or nights
- Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required
