CarHop is a growing, nationwide, auto sales & finance company with a "can do" attitude. We believe in work life balance, training, developing, and promoting our teams from within. Managers will work with an existing Branch Manager to oversee our Auburn location and its staff to achieve profitable sales with the ultimate goal of overseeing your own retail location.
Requirements
- Minimum two year of successful experience as supervisor / manager preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven record of building, coaching and motivating a team preferred
- Ability to stay calm, patient & professional at all times
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to work required Saturdays (closed Sundays)
- Ability to travel to other stores to assist with coverage
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check with results that are consistent with Company hiring standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Great first year range $84,000-$88,000

- Locations close at 6:00pm, 5:00 pm Saturdays & closed on Sundays
