Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join Team CARFAX as a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist. As a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, you will contribute to the trusted CARFAX brand by supporting internal and external customers with accounting functions, including escalated billing issues, payment application and research, and account reconciliation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Experience using Netsuite and Salesforce preferred
• Microsoft Office skills, including advanced spreadsheet (Excel) skills
• Ability to be self-directed, detail-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail
