Cyber Security Manager

CARFAX is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to lead and mentor a team, design, implement, and maintain security measures. The role involves identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The Cyber Security Manager will collaborate with various teams to integrate security best practices and leverage expertise in threat intelligence and advanced detection technologies. This is a 2 days/week in London, ON position.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a high-performing cybersecurity team
• Collaborate with leadership to align SOC strategy
• Leverage expertise in threat intelligence, security monitoring, incident management, behavioral analysis, and advanced threat detection
• Design, establish, maintain, and enhance SOC capabilities
• Develop and manage SOPs, runbooks, and playbooks for threat triage and incident response
• Oversee threat intelligence gathering and execute proactive threat hunting missions
• Streamline SOC operations through automation and efficient workflows
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on security incidents
