Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Carenet. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, empathetic, and patient-focused, with a strong healthcare background and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for scheduling radiology appointments, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment
- Demonstrates ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
- Demonstrates general knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, CIB, Tower, and BSA
