Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual Healthcare CSR to perform outbound calls to enroll people into their food box program or to reauthorize them into the program. The role requires one-day travel to New York City for a four-hour training session. The completion bonus is paid in installments at key milestones and contingent upon active employment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports
- Able to travel to New York City for 1 day to attend a four hour training
