Requirements

• Domain expertise in design, GTM, product, recruiting, finance, or legal.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on experience.
• Growth-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Team-first and collaborative approach.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with Dutch.
• Ability to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Ability to attend the Rotterdam HQ regularly
