System Engineer/ Satellite Operation Engineer (SOP)

As a System Engineer/Satellite Operation Engineer (SOP), you will join the Satellite Operation Planning Unit and be responsible for developing and operating the Spacecraft Control Subsystem for our small SAR satellite constellation. You will work with a team to achieve more efficient operations with our existing and upcoming satellites.

Requirements

• Working experience in satellite operation
• Experience in defining requirements and designing in a software development project
• Experience working in a team of more than 3 members
• Comfortable with communicating in English and Japanese, both written and spoken
• Able to commute to our Tokyo head office (at Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Tokyo. Expected frequency is 2 or 3 days per week)
