Job Description
Lead Solutions Architect – Mobile & Digital Payments, designing and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile and payment applications, leading engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 9 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in an architectural or technical leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering customer-facing applications, preferably within payments, fintech, or financial services
- Proven experience in mobile application development (iOS and/or Android) and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
- Strong backend engineering background using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar
- Experience designing end-to-end user journeys using wireframes, with a solid understanding of UX principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and security protocols
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and AWS environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership from concept through delivery
