Abby's Catering is looking for a Deli Cook 2 (Prep Cook) to support daily kitchen production in a high-volume environment. The successful candidate will prepare deli-style and prep food items according to recipes and food safety standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Prep Cook, Deli Cook, or similar role in a high-volume foodservice environment
- Strong knowledge of deli food preparation, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs
- Food Protection / Food Safety Certification required (e.g., ServSafe)
- Ability to work weekdays from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Fluent ENGLISH communication skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
