Reimbursement Administrator

Care.com is seeking a Reimbursement Administrator to handle the processing of reimbursements for their backup care program. This role involves ensuring timely payments to clients, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. The Administrator will work closely with Care Specialists and internally to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Related experience in health, insurance, or services environment preferred
• Prior experience in accounts payable is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Database management experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as a team
