Job Description
The Lead Engineer – Network will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing CareCentrix’s data networking infrastructure. This individual will guide a team of network engineers, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of the data networking environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
- 10+ years experience in data networking design, implementation, and management.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols including but not limited to: Local and Wide area networks (Cisco, MPLS, DMVPN GRE), Global and Local Load Balancers (F5/Cisco), ISP/Co-Location Providers, Web Application Firewalls, F5 and Imperva a plus, Network security (Cisco, Palo Alto, ClearPass), DNS infrastructure, Monitoring tools: Riverbed, Solarwinds, Splunk, Ganglia
- In-depth knowledge of network best practices and network security.
- Mentorship and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
