Job Description
Dubuque Specialty Care, a 84-bed long-term care skilled nursing community, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for 1st shift (6AM–2PM). As a Charge Nurse, you'll provide compassionate care to residents and lead a team while enjoying a reliable daytime schedule.
Requirements
- Valid Iowa RN license (or ability to activate)
- Current CPR certification
- Passion for delivering excellent care and supporting your team
- Familiarity with long-term care regulations is a plus
