Sr. Financial Analyst

Care.com is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide support to the Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role requires a highly organized person with a keen attention to detail, proficiency with Excel, and strong communication skills. The position involves developing and maintaining financial models, monitoring and analyzing critical metrics, and assisting in the preparation of weekly reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent quantitative major
• Between 3 to 6 years of experience in a finance/analytics role in a corporate environment
• Experience in the tech industry, management consulting, or investment banking is a plus
• 1+ years of experience building complicated financial models with a focus on efficiency
• Proven understanding of finance, accounting, economics, and statistics
• SQL experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High proficiency with MS office products
• Ability to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
• Proven organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
