Job Description

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, customer discovery, and delivery, focusing on solving real customer problems and optimizing outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric products
- Strong technical foundation
- 5+ years of strategic product management experience (cloud-based SaaS preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in VoIP and SIP voice platforms, cloud-native services, legacy 911 technologies
- Expertise in product-market fit and iterative validation
- Deep understanding of data analysis and hypothesis generation
