Job Description
Carboline is seeking motivated students for a 12-week Lean Manufacturing Internship in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The internship provides hands-on experience in lean principles, data analysis, and process optimization within a fast-paced production environment. Students will work on impactful projects, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and gain professional development.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work 30–40 hours per week from May through August.
- Ability to lift/move up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to work in a production floor environment
