Job Description
Carboline is seeking motivated students for a 12-week summer internship focused on continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. The role involves data analysis, process improvement projects, and contributing to a safe and compliant workplace. Students will gain hands-on experience and professional development. The intern will support team goals and champion Carboline's commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Available to work 30–40 hours per week from May to August.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative.
