Financial Assistant

Adrian Magnus, part of Carazo Enterprise SL, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Assistant to support the Head of Finance and external accounting partners. The role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, tax compliance, and preparing financial reports across multiple European countries, including Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Maintain and update accounting records, invoices, and payment data in company systems.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
• Create and verify sales invoices and ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards.
• Prepare and organize documentation for audits and filings.
