Legal Assistant

We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support a busy team of two attorneys and paralegals across multiple litigation-focused practice areas. This is a dynamic role within a well-established, full-service law firm that values professionalism, collaboration, and strong client service.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of legal assistant experience, preferably in litigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and ProLaw is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Able to handle multiple personalities and adjust communication style accordingly
• Comfortable working with a direct, results-driven supervisor who values independence and efficiency
• Quick learner with a willingness to take initiative and grow within the role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
