Security Officer

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Safety & Security Officer to protect patients, property, information, and the organization's reputation. The role involves responding to public service and emergency calls, performing security duties, and maintaining a professional image. This position requires the ability to independently manage work and provide courteous customer service.

Requirements

• 2 or 4-year degree in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice or equivalent
• High school graduation or equivalent
• FBI/BCA background check required
• Active Driver's License
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in healthcare security (preferred)
• Experience in law enforcement or public safety (preferred)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
