Portfolio Analyst / Senior Portfolio Analyst

Support the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited, analyzing performance of the Singapore portfolio and consolidating performance of the overall portfolio. Prepare management reports and board papers, carry out annual valuation of properties, and support system enhancement and automation.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel application.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
