Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements, coordinate with service providers, and provide day-to-day system support for configuration of reports and incident resolution. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related disciplines
