Job Description
We're looking for a commercial operator to take ownership of both sales and operations and turn early momentum into a repeatable, scalable business. This person will lead outbound and inbound sales, develop scalable revenue systems, oversee delivery and hiring, and work with the founders to prepare the business for investment and international growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally B2B or agency
- Background in scaling an early stage company (knows when and how to hire)
- Understands growth levers like pricing, operations and margin improvement
- Confident leading both commercial strategy and operational delivery
- Passionate about the AI or digital transformation space
