As a Cloud Systems Administrator, you will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and cost-optimized Azure environments, leveraging best practices across the five pillars: Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency, Reliability, and Security.
Requirements
- Deploy, configure, and oversee Azure resources
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates or Bicep
- Configure and maintain Azure networking components
- Implement Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerts
- Apply governance using Azure Policy, Blueprints, and Management Groups
- Assess and optimize Azure environments
- Provide recommendations for cost optimization, security hardening, and performance improvements
- Maintain Microsoft 365 services
- Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions
- Maintain hybrid AD/Entra ID and on-premises Exchange/Exchange Online configuration
- Configure integrations and provide deployment support for enterprise systems
- Monitor service health and resolve incidents related to M365 services
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for M365-related issues
- Enforce security best practices, perform security hardening, and participate in patch remediation
- Implement and monitor security policies, Conditional Access, MFA, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Maintain Role Based Access Control and Privileged Identity Management
- Maintain VMware vSphere virtualization environment in on-premises infrastructure
- Configure and maintain Azure Backup and Site Recovery solutions
- Support on-premises workloads for Disaster Recovery and migrations to Azure
- Support on-premises Veeam backup solutions with tiered off-site backups to Azure
- Support on-premises storage systems (SAN, NAS, Object storage)
- Provide guidance and training to support staff and end-users on M365 tools and features
- Provides direct technical support and complex problem solving when required
