Sales Manager

We're looking for a Sales Manager to build and manage an additional Manchester-based acquisition sales team. The role involves driving sales strategy, performance, development, and retention of the team, and building relationships across the wider teams in Brighton and London.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of SMEs and their financial workings
• Data driven mindset and ability to analyse funnel and performance data
• Ability to motivate and drive performance within your team
• A track record of mentoring and coaching junior team members to success
• Results driven commercial mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example in telesales
