The Housekeeper reports to the Housekeeping Manager and is responsible for the upkeep of guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness and providing excellent customer service. This part-time position requires dedication and adaptability to meet fluctuating business demands, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
Requirements
- Clean guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, kitchens, and floors
- Maintain housekeeping cart and respond to special guest requests
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Comply with hotel and/or department uniform standards
- Work a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Flexibility to work shifts other than usual preferences or overtime
- Carry out reasonable requests by leadership
